At OwlBloom, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted ceramics. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re happy to help.

1. Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Items marked final sale
  • Gift cards or digital products
  • Custom or personalized items

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Damaged Items

If your item arrived damaged, please email us a photo within 3 days of delivery. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
