• Personalized / made-to-order: usually 5–7 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
• A confirmation email is sent at purchase and a tracking email when your order ships.

• Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Shipping is always free, but international orders may still be subject to VAT, customs duties, or import fees. These are assessed by your local authorities and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking details will be emailed once your package is dispatched. You may also check updates on our Order Tracking page using your order number and billing email.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

• If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot find your parcel, please check with neighbors or your local courier office.
• For damaged or missing items, contact us within 7 days with photos of the package and product.
• Claims are subject to carrier verification and Bloom™’s review.

Shipping Restrictions

• Some oversized or restricted items may not be eligible for international delivery.
