At Bloom™, we understand that changes may sometimes be needed. This policy explains how you can cancel or modify your order. For support, please contact [email protected].

Order Cancellation

  • Within 12 hours: You may cancel your order and receive a full refund to your original payment method.
  • After 12 hours: We will do our best to assist, but cancellation is not guaranteed once processing begins.
  • After shipment: Orders cannot be cancelled. You may request a return once delivered (see our Refund Policy).

Order Modification

  • Address changes: Must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.
  • Item or quantity changes: Allowed only before processing begins. Otherwise, please place a new order and request a return of the original (if eligible).
  • Gift notes or wrapping: Available if your order has not yet been packed.

Refunds

Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method. Refund timing varies by bank or provider, typically 3–10 business days.
