Return Window

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags/packaging intact.
  • Please request authorization before sending items back.

Eligible Items

  • Most regular-price products purchased directly from owlbloom.com.
  • Gifts may be returned for store credit or exchanged for another item.

Not Eligible

  • Personalized, made-to-order, or custom items (unless defective).
  • Final sale / clearance products as marked on product pages.
  • Used, washed, or damaged goods not due to carrier transit.

How To Start a Return

Email [email protected] with:

  • Your Order ID and purchase email.
  • Item(s) you wish to return and reason for return.
  • Photos if the item arrived defective/damaged (outer box + product).

Shipping Your Return

  • We’ll provide return instructions and address after authorization.
  • Please pack items securely to avoid damage during transit.
  • For defective or incorrect items, Bloom™ covers or reimburses reasonable return shipping.

Refunds

  • Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method after inspection.
  • Refunds are typically issued within 3–10 business days (bank/payment provider dependent).
  • Discounts are not refunded; partial returns may adjust the discount on kept items.

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange, specify the replacement item/variant in your email. If available, we’ll hold it and ship once your return is processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

International Orders

Shipping is free worldwide, but local VAT/customs/duties may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility. These charges cannot be refunded by Bloom™.
